Genuine Canon PFI-1000CO Chroma Optimiser Cartridge (80ml) – 0556C001AA
Provide the ultimate professional finish to your large-format photography and fine-art portfolios with the Genuine Canon PFI-1000CO Chroma Optimiser. Precision-engineered for the award-winning imagePROGRAF PRO-1000, this 80ml OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridge ensures your desktop machine delivers the flawless, museum-grade surface finish that world-class galleries and collectors demand.
A Flawless Surface with LUCIA PRO Technology
The Chroma Optimiser is a transparent clear coat applied over the printed image on glossy and semi-gloss media. Formulated with Canon's advanced LUCIA PRO technology, it works meticulously to regulate surface reflection and deliver perfectly uniform glossiness across the entire print. This completely eliminates unwanted bronzing and gloss differential—the phenomenon where different colours reflect light at different angles—while simultaneously enhancing the depth of dark colours and blacks.
Professional Results on Photographic Media
By filling the gaps between ink droplets, the PFI-1000CO creates a smooth, level surface. This not only improves the "depth" of the image but also protects the pigment ink underneath from environmental factors. Whether you are outputting high-gloss exhibition prints or subtle lustre-finish portfolios, the Chroma Optimiser ensures your work looks consistent and professional from every viewing angle.
Optimised for the High-End Studio
The 80ml capacity is perfectly balanced for the PRO-1000’s A2+ desktop workflow. It provides enough volume for high-quality production runs while ensuring the chemistry remains fresh for consistent, professional results. Using genuine PFI-1000 ink is the only way to guarantee the longevity of your high-density FINE print head and ensure your printer remains under full manufacturer warranty protection.
